Sportsfit - Saturdays 10 – 11.30

This is a high intensity class which runs on a Saturday morning out on the common or around the grounds at the Spa. The session is spent working on fitness, sprints, turns, jumps and all the other aspects that make someone a good sportsperson.

Much of the work is based around SAQ training – the same method used by professional teams all around the world including Arsenal FC and the England rugby team.

Although it is demanding, it is a mixed sex, mixed ability group, and you will never be pushed to doing more than you are capable of.
