Information
Ed Lumsden (BA (Hons), Dip.PT, IIST) is a fully qualified and registered Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist.
"Due to my interest in martial arts, I have developed an understanding for the more holistic eastern way of training. A person's well being is dependent not only on their physical fitness but also their mental balance and strength of spirit. In holistic training all areas are addressed, from strength, co-ordination and fat loss to determination and self-esteem. The aim is complete self-improvement. At the root of it all is the physical training which is quite different to your average gym workout."
Ed's specialities are abdominal (tummy muscle) training, sports conditioning and treatment of back pain. He is also responible for developing a highly effective weight loss program which gets results fast.
Ed has appeared on BBC Radio, has written for the Courier and also teaches courses in fitness instructing and advanced personal training.
Ed is friendly and approachable, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give him a call on 07939 084142. Alternatively, you can email him at info@edlumsden.com.
