Some people choose to train every week or even every day, others simply use the service once a month to keep them on the right track and learning new exercises while making sure everything they do in thier own time is both safe and effective.

Workouts with your trainer could involve anything from weights, boxing and running to stretching or abdominal exercises. The first few sessions will give the trainer a chaince to see what your strengths and weaknesses are and what your fitness levels are like. Don't worry, you will never be given anything to do that you are not capable of, although some of it will definately be tough.

Training under supervision is not only more productive, but also much safer, as your Personal Trainer is fully qualified to train people with a range of conditions including arthritis, diabetes, asthma, osteoporosis, obesity and high/low blood pressure.
