The important thing is for you to make the right choice for your needs. If you are training for something in particular, such as a sports event or shaping up for a wedding, Personal Training is an excellent way to get results. If you have a few friends who want to get fit, Group Training is great fun, and because there are no more than 5 in a group, you will still get the full attention of your instructor. Classes work in a similar way to group sesions, giving you the chance to see how other people move, ask questions, work as a team and compete against each other. This adds an extra dimension to your training, but will not give you a personised exercise program that works to your specific aims.
